Funeral Wishes (Schedule D)

This Schedule records your wishes for your funeral or memorial service. While not legally binding, these wishes provide important guidance to your family and executor.

Burial or cremation

Do you prefer burial or cremation? If burial, do you have a preferred cemetery or location? If cremation, do you have wishes for your ashes?

Service preferences

What kind of service would you like? Examples: traditional funeral, celebration of life, private family only, no service. Any venue, music, readings, or cultural/religious customs you'd like included.

People to notify

Anyone specific who should be notified of your death — friends, colleagues, organisations, clubs. Include contact details if possible.

Donations

Would you like donations to a charity in lieu of flowers? If so, name the charity.

Pre-arrangements

Have you made any pre-paid or pre-arranged funeral plans? If so, provide the provider name and any reference numbers.

Messages

Any personal messages you'd like shared at your service, or letters to be given to specific people.

Additional notes

Anything else relevant to your funeral wishes.
