This applies at any stage: whether your Will is still being prepared, is ready to sign, or has already been signed. Once we've confirmed your request, we'll stop anything still in progress and email you to confirm exactly what has happened.

Because you're asking us to cancel your Will or permanently remove your information, we ask for a brief explanation in your own words. This helps us verify the request and protects your account from unauthorised deletion.
This information isn't used to challenge your decision; it's simply an additional safeguard.
To demonstrate that this request was authorised, we'll retain a minimal audit record of your request (including your Will Record Number and the date of your request). Where you've chosen deletion, the personal information contained within your Will and account will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where we're required by law to retain certain information.
If you've requested permanent deletion, we'll first send a confirmation email to the address on your account. Your information will be deleted 7 days later, giving you time to contact us if the request wasn't made by you.
